Snowballs
These bitesize treats are high in protein and are the perfect snack to bring with you on-the-go or for a post workout energy boost.
Ingredients (makes 10 servings)
- 4 scoops of Blue Label Whey® (Chocolate)
- 3 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of mixed spices
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp of nutmeg
- 30g of raisins
- 30g of slivered almonds
- 30g of crushed walnut
- 10 dates
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- Desiccated coconut
- 75ml of water

Instructions
Put all the ingredients except for the raisins and nuts into a food processor and mix. Mix in the nuts and raisins and cool mixture in the fridge to allow it to harden. Once hard, create small golf sized balls and roll in the coconut.
