Protein Peanut Butter Cookies
Bake your delicious Protein Peanut Butter Cookies in less than 10 minutes.
- ½ Cup Peanut Butter
- ¼ Cup Light Brown Sugar
- ¼ Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Large Egg White
- ½ Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 4 Scoops Blue Label Whey
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 3 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips
In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, salt, egg, egg white and vanilla extract. Mix briskly until ingredients are incorporated. Sprinkle baking soda over the top. Work in protein powder and flour until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. The mixture should be sticky. You can add protein powder to firm up mixture if it is too wet.
With a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop onto a baking sheet, this recipe can make around 12 cookies. Bake for 5-6 minutes at 180C until the edges are golden brown but the insides should still be gooey.
