  • 4 heaped tbsp of almond butter
  • Whole chia seed
  • 4 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

Instructions

Melt the coconut oil and honey over a low heat.

Using a pestle and mortar and a drop of boiling water mash the dates until they form a paste.

Mix the Blue Label Whey®, honey, coconut oil and almond butter together in a large mixing bowl until a soft dough is formed. Using wet hands form golf sized balls and roll in a bowl filled with chia seed.
