Pour the milk and Blue Label Whey® into a shaker and shake until mixed all the way through. Pour into a saucepan and begin to heat on a very low heat. Add the cinnamon and mixed spices, mix with a fork until it is dissolved. Be sure not to bring the hot chocolate to the boil as the whey can coagulate at high temperatures. Heat until your desired temperature and pour into a glass.
To top the drink off you can add some freshly whipped cream and crushed walnuts.
Blue Label Whey® adds 28g of the highest quality whey protein per serving. This aids recovery and muscle growth. It will also help people to lose excess weight. BLW also contains probiotics for healthy gut activity.
