Pecan And Almond Butter Cookie
Perfect for a sweet tooth without the gilt
Ingredients (makes 5-7 )
- 2 scoops Blue Label Whey® (vanilla)
- 5 tbsp golden flax milled
- 4 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 6 dates
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 squares of dark chocolate (80%)
- 8 pecans

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until you have achieved a dough-like substance. You can add small amounts of boiling water until you get the desired consistency. Mould the dough into cookie shapes and place in oven at 180℃ for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
