• 1.5 scoops of Blue Label Whey® (Double Chocolate)
  • 150g Dark Chocolate
  • 150g Dark Chocolate
  • 50g Coconut Oil
  • 50g Butter
  • 2 Whole Eggs and 2 Egg Whites
  • 100g Coconut Sugar
  • 75g Light Brown Sugar
  • 75g Granulated Sugar
  • 100g Flour
  • 70g Dark Cocoa Powder
  • Dark Chocolate Chunks and Halved Almonds


  • Melt together the Chocolate, Coconut Oil and Butter
  • In a separate bowl whisk the eggs until slightly stiff and fluffy then whisk in the sugar. Keep the mixture aerated
  • Sieve in the flour cocoa powder and Blue Label Whey, fold in the eggs and sugar
  • Add in the melted chocolate mixture
  • Mix in the chocolate chunks and nuts
  • Pour into a pre-buttered tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
