Chocolate and Banana Lean Mass Gainer
Winter is a typical time for gym goers to pack on the pounds. That does not mean you should be eating everything in sight! We want to show you a shake recipe we regularly make here at ROS, made with great ingredients that will keep you fuelled with a good balance of protein, carbohydrate and healthy fats.
Ingredients (makes 1 serving)
- 1 scoop of Blue Label Whey® (chocolate)
- 1 large frozen banana
- 300ml Milk
- 15g of oats
- 1 large tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions
Simply put all ingredients into a blender and blend until a smooth consistency is achieved
