Banana Protein Muffins
This high protein snack also contains plenty of healthy fats which makes it ideal for pre or post workout.
Ingredients (makes 5 servings)
- 1 + 1/2 scoops of Blue Label Whey® (Vanilla)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp of almond butter
- 2 tbsp of ground almond
- 1 tbsp of shredded coconut
- 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- walnuts for topping

Simply blend all the ingredients except walnuts and place in the muffin cases (to allow rising) in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
