    I mix Blue Label Whey with porridge for a protein/carb meal during the day. It tastes great and mixes well...making steady progress while using this product...good blend of whey concentrate, isolate and hydrolysate and a high BCAA / glutamine content makes it stand out against other brands...excellent high quality product!

    I have been using Blue Label Whey in the mornings before walking the 2 miles or so to work, i find that since using this i have found it easier to lose weight while keeping up my energy levels through the day, without losing muscle mass. it has great mixability with water and better than most other proteins when mixed with milk, and the taste is more pleasant than some protein powders i have used.

    Increased Strength and Lean Body Mass

    I have been doing a strength and conditioning program for the past few months while using Blue Label Whey before and after my sessions. Through using this product I have made excellent Strength gains and I have reduced body fat. As a result, I have increased my lean body mass significantly. Blue Label Whey also tastes a lot better than other protein powders I have tried.
