This Perform branded shaker helps you get the most from your powder products by mixing and blending the protein powder.
A screw top lid virtually eliminates spilling and the mesh grill helps to avoid any lumping of the product.
The bottle also contains an etched milliliter measurement to make sure your mixing is exact.
Mixing Instructions: In order to avoid sticking and clumps, add water first and then the powder. Tighten the cap on and shake robustly for 10 to 30 seconds depending on your product
