Protein: Meta Muscle® contains MyoTein®, a high quality blend of fast-digesting proteins in the form of ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate, cross-flow micro-filtered whey protein isolate and whey protein hydrolysate to maximise muscle development.

Low GI Carbohydrate: Meta Muscle® does not contain refined sugars that can cause undesired blood sugar and insulin fluctuations. Rapid fluctuations in blood glucose and insulin concentrations are best avoided owing to their deleterious effects on appetite/satiety, mood and fat metabolism. In addition, consuming low GI CHO around your session may maintain higher rates of fat oxidation during training and recovery compared to high GI CHO and thereby promoting lean mass gains.

Palatinose®: Meta Muscle® contains only low Glycemic Index (GI) carbohydrate (CHO) in the form of isomaltulose (Palatinose®) which is digested slowly supplying a sustained release of energy. Consuming Palatinose® will provide a lower, sustained increase in blood glucose. Glutamine: A daily intake (2 servings) of Meta Muscle® contains 10.2 g L-Glutamine that may enhance muscular growth and improve the rate of recovery between workouts through its anabolic and anti-catabolic properties.

Creatine: Each daily serving of Meta Muscle® contains a proprietary blend of 10.2 g of Creatine monohydrate, Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL, Creatine Alphaketoglutarate 2:1 and Tricreatine Malate which will help increase exercise intensity and allow you to train harder for longer. Creatine is currently one of the most well researched products on the market and has repeatedly demonstrated improved performance parameters such as speed, power and strength in a range of sports such as soccer and athletics. Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) can be used by the body during exercise and can acutely increase protein synthesis. They also speed up the post- work out recovery process by providing building blocks to repair damaged muscles.

HMB: Meta Muscle® contains 3 g of β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate-Calcium (HMB-Ca), and a metabolite of L-leucine in an average daily serving. When combined with resistance training, it may aid in the development of muscle mass and improve body composition and muscle strength. It has also been shown to preserve lean muscle mass and improve recovery after resistance training allowing athletes to subsequently train harder and achieve better performance results.

Probiotics & prebiotics: Meta Muscle® contains bacillus coagulans, a probiotic that may enhance immune function and improve gut balance. It contains a prebiotic fibre in the form of short chain fructo-oligosaccharides (Actilight®); a soluble dietary fibre that can enhance intestinal micro flora.
