Citrulline Malate 1000 mg
- For high intensity training
- Supports muscle recovery
- Can reduce muscle soreness after training
Boost exercise intensity during training and improve the rate of recovery between sessions
Citrulline Malate (CM) may help to reduce feelings of fatigue and aid the delivery of energy to the muscle during high intensity exercise.
It may also benefit athletes through a faster rate of muscle recovery; this is suggested to be a result of increased clearance of ammonia and lactate levels after exercise.
There are many suggested mechanisms by which CM 1000 may enhance exercise performance; two examples are, better muscle buffering capacity and improved energy production efficiency at a cellular level.
Athletes: Citrulline Malate supplementation may be particularly beneficial for performance based athletes completing high intensity training or participiating in competitive events. The supplement can be used to reduce the affects of training induced muscle soreness and aid in the rate of recovery from training.
