For best results depending on your goals and training intensity take 1 serving (1 serving = 30 g or 1 scoop) in 300 to 400 ml of water OR 300 ml of skimmed milk) in the late evening or first thing in the morning. Casein can also be used to add more protein to your diet as mid morning/ mid afternoon snack.
Casein tastes great with milk; however, user must be aware of the extra calories from consuming milk.
