  • 2 scoops of Blue Label Whey® (vanilla)
  • 50g pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups of oats
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of flax mix
  • 125ml of almond milk
  • 40g of dried cranberries/ raisins
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat an oven to 180 degrees. In a large bowl mix the oats, Blue Label Whey®, raisin/cranberries, flax mix, cinnamon and pecans and set aside. In a separate bowl mix the almond butter, almond milk and vanilla extract and then pour into the dry mixture. Fold until the mixture has a dough like texture and place into a baking tray. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden.
