    • Scientifically-developed mass gain formula
    • Supports power and strength training
    • Enriched with micro- and macro-nutrients
    • High energy mass gainer

Maximises muscle growth through a research-based blend of high quality protein, healthy fats and low GI carbohydrate.

Alpha Mass® is an advanced muscle building formula, high in energy and the essential nutrients required to maximise training adaptations by promoting gains in muscle size, power and strength.

Increasing muscle mass is a complex process that demands dedicated training and a comprehensive dietary regimen. Alpha Mass® provides muscle-building essentials in optimum amounts, making the development of muscle mass more practical and achievable.

Weight gain barriers: Common weight gain barriers include (i) the inability to consume adequate energy from appropriate sources, and (ii) low bioavailability of essential nutrients.

Incorporating Alpha Mass® into your dietary and exercise regime will ensure you have the necessary energy and nutrients to achieve your goal.

    Why choose Alpha Mass®

Alpha Mass® is the quintessential supplement for increasing muscle size and maximising the benefits of hypertrophy (muscle building) training. Each serving provides over 540 naturally-balanced calories (kcal) to help meet the energy demands of intense training.

Protein: Alpha Mass® contains MyoTein® a high quality blend of fast digesting proteins in the form of ultra-filtered whey protein concentrate, cross-flow micro-filtered whey protein isolate and hydrolysed whey protein. Adequate protein intake is essential for muscle recovery and growth when aiming to increase muscle and size.

Low GI carbohydrate: Alpha Mass® contains 68 g of low Glycemic Index (GI) carbohydrate in the form of isomaltulose (Palatinose®). Palatinose® is a slow-digesting carbohydrate that provides a sustained release of energy over a prolonged period. Consuming Palatinose® instead of refined sugars is a better option for your general health. In addition, consuming low GI CHO around your session may allow for higher rates of fat oxidation during training and recovery when compared to high GI CHO.

Alpha Mass® does not contain dextrose OR other high GI carbohydrates, making it a preferable mass gain supplement to other weight gain supplements that mainly include high GI carbohydrates such as dextrose, maltodextrin or waxy maize starch.

Glutamine: Alpha Mass® contains 5 g of glutamine per serving. Glutamine may enhance muscular growth and improve the rate of recovery between workouts through its anabolic and anti-catabolic properties.

HMB: Alpha Mass® contains 3 g of β-hydroxy β-methylbutyrate Calcium (HMB Ca) which is a metabolite of the amino acid, leucine. When HMB is combined with resistance training it aids in the development of muscle mass, strength and improves body composition. HMB can preserve lean muscle and improve muscle recovery after heavy resistance training, allowing athletes to train harder and achieve better performance results.

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT): Alpha Mass® contains 7 g of essential fats, mainly in the form of MCT and omega oils. Unlike the majority of fat sources, MCTs are digested quickly providing a relatively fast source of energy.

Essential fats: Essential fats have a vast array of functions in the body such as providing fat soluble vitamins, optimum hormone production and maintaining cell structures and regular metabolism. Western diets are widely reported to be deficient in these vital dietary components.

Creatine: Each serving of Alpha Mass® provides 5 g of the proprietary blend CreaComplex (creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl ester HCL, creatine oxo-glutarate and tricreatine malate). Creatine is one of the most well established ergogenic aids, and undoubtedly improves high intensity exercise performance and facilitates increases in muscle mass. Creatine is particularly beneficial for increasing training volume and improving recovery rates, which can lead to better training adaptations.

Probiotics & Prebiotics: Alpha Mass® contains lactobacillus sporogenes (Lactospore®), a probiotic that can enhance immune function and improve gut balance. Also added is prebiotic fibre in the form of short chain fructo-oligosaccharides (Actilight®), a soluble dietary fibre that can enhance intestinal micro flora (11). Alpha Mass® also contains Oat fibre as a source of insoluble fibre that helps to maintain a healthy digestive system.

Enzymes: Alpha Mass® contains optimum quantities of the enzymes protease, amylase, fungal lactase, lipase and cellulase which all aid in the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates, lactose, fats and cellulose. These enzymes enhance the absorption of nutrients in Alpha Mass®.

Immunity: Alpha Mass® is a complete product with essential micro- and macro-nutrients, which not only focuses on energy intake but also other fundamental factors including immune function and digestion. Athletes can benefit from reduced instance of illness allowing for consistent commitment to their training schedule.

ALPHA MASS® is a registered trademark of ROS NUTRITION GROUP LTD.

  • How to take

For best results, take one to two servings daily (1 serving = 150 g–2 scoops) in 500 ml of water. Take one serving mid-morning and mid-afternoon, or alternatively based around your training session.
