How do I know what supplement to take?
The best way to know what supplement to take is to choose a product that will help you to achieve your individual goal. For example if your goal is to reduce body fat then you can choose products that are listed under the goal of weight management. Similarly, if you want to improve recovery after training and competition, products under performance and recovery will help you to achieve this.

Can I mix ROS Nutrition powder products with milk?
ROS normally recommends that you mix powdered products with water, however mixing ROS products with milk does not reduce their effectiveness. A few reasons for not mixing ROS products with milk are:

a) Some people have an intolerance / sensitivity to milk due to allergies or other reasons
b) In some situations milk may limit the speed of protein absorption where the body requires a fast supply of amino acids
c) Milk can add extra calories to your diet which may be something you wish to avoid if your goal is fat loss or weight management

If none of the above points are relevant to you then there should be no issue taking ROS products with milk, unless otherwise stated.

Should ROS Nutrition products only be used on training days?
ROS products should be used as part of a recovery strategy on non-training days as well as training days. After intense exercise it can take as long as 48 hours, or more, for your body to properly recover so it is vital that there is a constant supply of appropriate nutrients at all times to promote adaptations and aid recovery.

What if I don’t have a post code?
If the area in which you are living does not have a post code you should still be able to set up an account. The post code section is optional except where it is mandatory in your country to have a post code. Enter all accessible relevant details and ROS will create your account accordingly.

How does my shopping cart work?

How much does delivery / shipping cost for products?

What is the delivery time for orders?
If an order is made before 14.00 Monday to Thursday we will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order the next day. There may be some cases where two days are required for delivery but we will do our best to provide a next day delivery service. Please note that this is not guaranteed.

Delivery times vary for different countries worldwide. Next (working) day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. For a list of all delivery options and shipping rates see delivery terms.

Can i cancel any or all items of an order?
You can cancel an order at any time up to two days after it has been delivered provided it is still in its original packaging. What if i miss the delivery of the products?
ROS Nutrition makes every effort to ensure that our nutritional products are delivered on time. Our couriers will contact you to see when it suits to deliver the order. In the event that no person can accept delivery, a card indicating location and time for a collection will be provided. Shipping companies (e.g. DPD Courier) will make two attempts to deliver your parcel otherwise it will be returned to ROS Nutrition.

The product i wish to purchase is out of stock, what should i do?

ROS Nutrition makes every effort to ensure that our nutritional products are always available however there may be occasions of high demand where a product is out of stock. In this case customers can request a notification for when the product comes back into stock.

What is ROS returns policy?
All returns must first be authorised by a member of our customer services within two working days from when they were delivered. Upon authorisation of a return, products must be returned within 14 calendar days in their original condition and packaging as when they were received. In what circumstances can a product be returned?
You can cancel orders at any time within 48 hours of their delivery. Products must be returned in their original packaging unless originally delivered in a damaged or defective condition. Reward Points
How do i earn reward points?
There are two ways you can earn ROS reward points:

1) You can earn ROS loyalty points every time you purchase a ROS Nutrition product online. For every € that you spend you earn one loyalty point. One loyalty point is worth one cent. So depending on how much you spend, you can make substantial savings on ROS products.

2) Earn ROS referral points every time a friend you have referred to ROS Nutrition purchases a ROS product and uses your referral code.  You will earn five referral points for every € that they spend on their purchase and one referral point for every purchase they make thereafter.
